In the corporative directory the users are listed in the format lastname, firstname, and I would like change to firstname,lastname. I have cisco call manager 5.0. I can do it?

You can't change format for build-in directory, but you can build yours using IP Phone Services SDK:

why not just enter the names backwards, enter last name in first name box and last name in first name box?

Enter the last name in the First name works but that is not good solutions...
