Corrupt WAV?

End-user has Win98SE/Outlook 2000 with VMO.
Unity 2.4.6, CallManager 3.0.12

Two messages received by subscriber today. MWI lights and message shows in Outlook. When user returned to her office and saw the MWI lamp she attempted to retrieve via the phone.
When retrieving via TUI, the vmail gets read as if it's an e-mail. (E.g. "Message From 4 million 35 thousand..." - OT: Can that be fixed?)
Then Unity says the e-mail contains no text.

She then tried Outlook, at which point she determined her PC was hung up and rebooted. (potential cause??)
Tried through outlook again and VMO won't offer up the "play" option and opening in MS Media player or Real player doesn't work. They both report the file format is somehow invalid.

We have been able to leave/retrieve messages with this subscriber successfully since. Just the two screwed up.

Norm Cook
Gibson Petroleum Company Limited

Re: Corrupt WAV?

Interesting...

I wonder what's the message class of those messages. It should be "ipm.note.voice.unity". Here's a link to find that out...
