While at a client I created a new COS, which was succesful, however when I tried to add subscribers to the COS I was told that there were insufficient licences to add subscribers to the COS. <br><br>The new COS was based on an existing COS but it would <br>not let me add any subscibers either from the COS screen or from the subscribers page by attempting to change the existing COS for that subscriber. Whenever you get the "out of licenses" error when adding a user, alwasy go check the "licensed features" page on the COS section in the SA. Dimes to dollars one of those is checked and has no lisenses left. The "create based on existing" COS thing may not accurate copy the existing on/off flags on that page.
