I have to go on a sales call and I am looking to see if anyone has any knowledge on an Intertel Axxess system so that I can give some reasons to go CCM. My sales channel has not been able to give me much help yet other than providing good Cisco references. I would like to give some specifics of why Intertel's solution is not ideal.
I am not that familiar with Intertel Axxess but they seem to be geared towards smaller customers. Depending on what the customer's requirements are, Call Manager Express may be a better fit and harder for an Intertel to match.
