Hi, everybody
Our CCM 3.2(2c) goes often to CPU Usage 100%, and don't leave it.
We think that is caused by the Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher service.
We stop and start the service and the CCM goes ok, for about 8/9 hours.
Are any way to avoid this situation?

Hi,
Which SP have you installed?
We had such problems with the attandand console, there were not all phones assigned to the ac user, which user have used the console.
Maybe thats your problem too.
The failure occurs at the moment, this attandand console has been started.

Our CM is 3.2(2c) Service Pack F
We do have CM with Active Directory integrated
In fact we can't see in the Web Attendant the list of the users

Are you using the Web Attendant application? I had an instance that a user was not setup properly for it, and the application would go into a "retrying" for "call control" status. This would max the CPU and would not go down until we closed the app. I resolved it by setting the user up properly (binding to the AC user).

The problem was noticed before weinstalled and start using the Web Attendant.
