CRA authentication failed

Login using "esuser" fails in CRA (Customer Response Application Administration).

In fact logging in (CRA) using any user fails.

What are the options?

Re: CRA authentication failed

Take a look at the following link under "How can I recover a lost password for the AppAdmin screen?"

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps3651/products_qanda_item09186a008021df8d.shtml

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Re: CRA authentication failed

Thanks, bbuffin.

I found another solution before I read your reply, which might be working as well.

I used the first time login name:

Administrator

password:

ciscocisco

That worked!

Re: CRA authentication failed

Johan,

Sometimes the user authentication may fail, the cause might be DC directory service might have been stopped. You can check in the "Service.Msc" and start the service back....

If you had already configured the CRA Administrator user before, I would recommend you to check if the DC directory running and solve the login authentication problem....

Because logging into Administrator and ciscocisco might erase the previous repository....
