CRA Desktop Agent Log in Problems

Is there a problem with the Desktop Agents and Windows 2000? I have one user who is on Win2k and she is always having issues. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with no success. Thisis the error I am pulling from the logs:

Looks like it may be an issue with the Java version. Have you tried a different/newer version of the Java Virtual Machine?
