Can anybody help me integrate CRA with Microsoft AD ?

Hi,

What is your problem?

Did you already integrate the callmanager with ad?

Does your CRA resides on your CallManager?

Configure the directory settings for AD in your appadmin. Set the servertype to AD and watch the User/User base/Base context. Initialize the profile.

When I select AD from 'server type' I get following error

" A Runtime Error has occurred

Do you wish to Debug ?

Line 62:

Error: ' document.form.initProfile.checked' is null or not an object "

Yes I already integrate CM with active directory, yes CRA co-located with CM.

ooopsss, looks like a Cisco TAC problem...

I integrated a callmanager 3.2(1) with cra2.2(3) with no problems..
