CRA Profile/Resource Group Problem

I have one CRA server currently running in support of ICD. This server works fine. I now have over the supported amount of ICD agents so i'm needing to build a second ICD server. During configuration of the second server, i can't seem to create any resource groups. I can create applications, jtapi ports, and ESD's, but the system will not let me create resource groups. I get no errors, the resource group web page just sits there after i hit the update button. I believe it has something to do with the fact that i'm trying to use i new CRA profile and Call Manager isn't allowing resource information from this profile into the DC Directory. Any one have any ideas?

Try creating your users first and then the resource group. I have seen problems with having a resource group with no users assigned to it.
