With CRA 3.0 enhanced is it possible for some agents to be standard or do they all need to be enhanced?

I feel, there is no necessity of having all the agents to be the enhanced version unless you specifically have the requirements. The standard version agents do work along with the CRA verision 3.0. The only purpose of having the enhanced version would be due to its features like:
* sophisticated screen pop through integration with any Microsoft Windows application
* on-demand call recording
* silent monitoring, call barge-in and call intercept

Unfortunately the enhanced and standard agents can not be shared. you will need to have all enhanced or all standard. No mixture allowed or supported.
