Creating CallManager Reports with Crystal reports

Hi -

Just wondering if anybody out there has attempted this, or if it's even do-able. I have some in house people that want to be able to run up to the minute reports and although I can give them the rights (and that's what I'm doing right now) the question came up about Crystal. Any thoughts, assistance or advice is greatly appreciated.

We are using Crystal Enterprise quite effectively. Fairly simple actually, after you attach to the CDR database.

That's good to hear, anything special to look out for? Any input is greatly appreciated. I have people here that want more detailed reports but I don't have the time to do the research right now.

I've been playing with this a little bit and am having trouble connecting to the database - I feel like I'm missing something here - which database would you connect to to create reports on the CDRs?
