Creating PST files

Where do I get ahold of exmerge.exe and how do I use it to create PST files of exisisting mailboxes in Unity 2.4.6 so that I can begin a clean install of Unity 3.0.2<br><br>

For Exchange 5.5 you need to get it from the back office resource kit, for Exchange 2000 it ships with the CD.
