CRS 3.5.3 Delete session

I have some IVR Session in use for the last 45 hours. Can I reset those session without retarting CRS engine?

Also is it possible to track which VRU script still use those Sessions and that CRS cannot release.

You should always restart the CRS engine for the sessions to reset
