I have a problem where the CRS engine wont start after a system reboot. I can go into service manager and start it manually and it works fine. The service is set to start automatically. And it was doing the same thing when callmanager was at sr3. The CRS is co-resident on a subscriber callmanager.
The CRS server will not really fully come up until the CTI Manager service on CallManager is up. I suspect maybe your CTI Manager service on CallManager is maybe hanging, or your CRS services aren't waiting. I would open a TAC case, or make a batch file that fires up CRS after CM is up.
