CRS and 3.2.3

We just upgraded from 3.2.2(c) to 3.2.3. We neglected to check the support to see if they 2 would work together(CRS and CallManager).

Well the next day every 1/2 hour or so the agents would be logged of their application. From what I could find on cisco's web site there is no workaround.

I spent most of the day going through the log files on the desktop and the CRS server. I narrowed the items down and currently have them working just fine.

If anyone is having a problem with this or would like to upgrade...email me and I will explain to you what I did to reslove this issue that there is no workaround for.

That would be great. I was waiting for spB for CRS. That is what I read that I needed in order for the upgrade to work. What did you do? You can e-mail me directly at gbeaty@reico.com if you like.
