CRS installation messes up call manager

I have call manager 3.3 running. After I intall CRS application on the same server, I can get to the CRA admin page, but the CCM page does not come up. The phones register with the CCM, and I also get a login prompt for CCM, but, i do not see the admin screne where i can go and make the changes.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Re: CRS installation messes up call manager

When you go to the CallManager Administration (http://server/ccmadmin/) what do you get? "I do not see the admin screen" is relatively ambiguous. Do you get a 404? Do you get authenticated, but then get a blank screen?

Admin pages are as follows:

CCM: http://server/ccmadmin/

CRS: http://server/appadmin/

When logging in to CRA for the first time, you will need to pick a user from the directory you are integrated in to and make them a CRS administrator. If you hose this up, you can always nuke ccndir.ini from C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CCN\ and start over (this defaults CRS back to the default username/password, but you will need to manually re-run the Repository Configuration steps).
