CRS script does not release file

I wrote a script which creates a document with the info I pick from the call. It uses a get digit string and the caller ID. This works great, but _sometimes_ it hangs onto the file.

We have a second scheduled script which reads that file and then deletes it when it is finished, but that fails while the file is locked. I have tried various file unlocker/deleter tools, but none of them work.

Does someone know why the crs engine is haning onto the file even though the call has been ended and the script has terminated?

This is rather important for the process we created.
