CRS upgrade from Version 3.0.2 to 3.0.3a

Hello ,

Is there any document on how to upgrade IVR (in an IPCC environment) from Version 3.0.2 to 3.0.3a.I cannot find any documents on this.

Hi,

All installations of 3.0(3) are documented in the Getting Started Guide. The process is the same for upgrades and new installs. In both cases, you execute the Installer from CD.
