Since you can't do cRTP on Ethernet in a topology such as this is the only option to bring the PRI directly to the 7200? Just confirming..Thanks.

Why not to bring PRI directly to 3640 and save on 7200?
What is the speed on access to FR?
I also presume that you still need to deploy QoS (ie LLQ on 7200) in addition to cRTP.

You just need to do CRTP on both ends of the frame link (between 7200and 3640-2. You don't need to change topology. You should also do llq on 7200 and 3640-2 setting up a priority queue for voice, and do traffic shaping and frame relay fragmentation as necessary
