CSA problems with SAV

I have CSA installed on my Unity 4.0.3 server (as posted on the CCO but later pulled?), but SAV 8.0 is tripping it up all the time with it's real time scan. Indeed, SAV is not qualified for use with the CSA agent so this makes sense.

Is there going to be a new release or does anyone know of a workaround to get SAV working in this configuration?
