CSA & UPS Client (netwatch) conflict

have 3 powerware 9125 UPS with a network interface, installed the netwatch client on 2 callmanagers, unity and paging server. the paging server works fine, but the other 3 start the shutdown (testing)but then the netwatch service stops due to CSA stopping it. When I installed the netwatch CSA prompted for installation and replied always.

log in CSA is attached (July 12 has 4 entires, this is the time period)

not sure how the configure this headless agent to accept the process Netwatch is trying to use to shut the server down (when battery threshold has been reached).

thanks and any help would be appreciated

to configure CSA i belive you need the full running version of CSA, not just the runTime version that's installed on CCMs.

also, verify whether or not Powerware client is supported on Call Manager or Unity servers.

(im not familiar with this product as being supported/compatible in the CCM compatibility matrix.)
