CSA

Hi,

how do you go about upgrading the CSA on the Call Manager and other IPT Servers. I am not able to find any documentation on this.

I have three servers :

1.Call Manager 3.3.5

2.CCC 1.2.2 sr1

3.IPCCX 3.1.2 sr3

All are running CSA Version 4.0.1.539. My questions is , for upgrading

this CSA do I simply need to download the latest CM-CSA executable

upgrade available on CCO an run it on all the servers , or do I have to

download something different for the IPCC and CCC server.

Download the latest CSA for CallManager, uninstall the current one, and install the new CSA. You can install the CCM CSA on all of these servers. If you had Unity and IPCC Enterprise those require diffrerent CSA agents.
