"CSIM START" is a hidden command and is not officially supported by TAC. Having said that, there are known issues with using CSIM start with certain telnet clients and also using SSH.

It works when connected via Console or have you tried other Clients?

A normal call work right? Only csim is failing?

Per the number are you using E1 R2 or which protocol?

Hi gogasca thanks for your response

In Fact you are right here in the company recently we implemented SSH as transport and the client that we re using is putty.

I back this box at Telnet so now is working fine this DOS client works 100 % with CSIM.

About your other questions all is working ok but you know this command is very helpful for the voice troubleshooting.

So anyway thanks for you support.

Note: if there you have the links about this issue please sent to me.
