CTI OS Controls

I'm trying to use the controls SkillGroupStatisticsManager and AgentSelect: in these controls are available column types UserDefinedStats and UserDefined respectively.

I can insert them in my VB project but I don't know how to fill them with reasonable values.

Can someone help me to understand?
