CTI pop-up for Mac (OS)

hi,

I am looking for a on screen pop-up for macintosh, where when a external call comes in to my IP phone the PC can refer to an address/contact list and display the name of the incoming caller by refering CLID to name. I have found products for windows (screenpop from arc solutions) and this works well with MS outlook, Lotus notes etc... but I need one for MacOS

You could develop an application using JTAPI and IP Phone Services SDK's. Please consult the developer guides at the Cisco Developer Sefvices Website. http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/570/
