CTI Port out-of-service when call is dropped

Hi,

I have noticed that when a call is dropped right after it arrives at the CTI port, that CTI port gets stuck. Is there a way to reset the port or make it unstuck without rebooting?

Even better - ss there a way to make sure that CTI port does not get stuck when call is dropped while it is attempting a consult-transfer to somewhere?

Is it hitting the bug CSCdy36713 . Check it out in the Cisco BugTool kit. The solution to this could be to restart the Cisco CRA engine. This should help to solve the issue.
