I noticed everytime a call is placed internally to the CSQ it goes to the next CTI port. This happens until reaching the last CTI port (20) and is then sent to Unity on the next call. I do not have a voice mail box set up for that route point so I can't figure out why it is doing this along with the fact that I am not sure why the CTI ports are not reset.
Also, occasionally the call will go directly to Unity without going through all the ports.
