What are some reasons for a CTI route point not registering. I created one for direct transfer to voicemail but it is showing up as not found when you do the standard CTI port search. I tried rebuilding it a couple of times. No luck. Does a general reset of the CTImanager usually resolve this? I have CCM 3.3(2).

A CTI Route Point will not show up in the Phone/CTI Port search page. They have their own page under Device -> CTI Route Point.
For what you are trying to do, it is not necessary for the CTI Route Point to be registered, and it will never show up as registered.

A CTI Route Point will only show up as registered with CallManager if there is some CTI application that assumes control of it. A CRS jtapi application is an example. In the case of your direct transfer route point it is not associated with a user and it is not controlled by an external application so it's status is listed as not found. It should still work as expected nonetheless.
