CTI Route Point provide Ringback until reroute can be done

Hi,

Can this be done in JTapi?

We have a Genesys integration, but according them they can only accept the call and play MOH..

But the call is coming from an IVR and needs to whisper transfer, which starts after a connect...hence we need ringback until a free endpoint is found..

when i have used jtapi to redirect calls from a route point, the user hears silence until the call is redirected. an idea might be to immediately redirect the call to a line that rings (and will never answer), then search for the free endpoint. once you've found one, grab the call back from the ringing line, and redirect it to the found endpoint.
