CTIOS Error Messeges

Help!!

I am seeing timeouts when the PG attempts to login an agent to the phone.

I'm attaching the opc and pim logs. The errors we see are:

(in PIM)

09:08:24 pg1A-pim1 Trace: TelephonyDriver:Login IP address Login Device ID 69000 Device Target IP address 69000

09:09:31 pg1A-pim1 Trace: DeskLinkAgent::ValidateAgentPrevalentStateTransition: Invalid state transition. Agent=81000 current=AS_LOG_OUT new=AS_NOT_READY

09:09:31 pg1A-pim1 Trace: CSTA OUT_OF_SERVICE, TelephonyDriver::ClientFailureCallback: SENT TO OPC

Device = 5002 Cause = 30

(in OPC)

09:30:00 pg1A-opc Activating HH 19 for PG (07/14/2006 14:30:00).

09:30:00 pg1A-opc Activating HH 19 for Peripheral 5000 (07/14/2006 14:30:00).

09:30:23 pg1A-opc Trace: Peripheral::SetDeviceOutOfService - No agent for DeviceTarget 5002 (5002)

09:30:23 pg1A-opc Peripheral 5000 notified DeviceTargetID 5002 Out-Of-Service with cause 30.

Let me know your thoughts or if there are any other logs we can provide. I'll let you know if we come across anything else over here

the opc logs at the bottom, "No agent for DeviceTarget 5002"....

do you have the deviceTarget configured correctly with the correct devtype & dn info?
