if you include the Alias column you're going to want to include an alias there - however it _should_ construct the alias from the first/last names if you leave it out (although I haven't tested that myself).
I'm a little confused by your comment there - these are no internet subscribers that don't already exist in your directory so what do you mean by "if some users in in system and have aliases"? There seems to be some confusion about what's being done here - you are creating new contacts in the directory, you wont be binding to existing users in the directory here.
any string that's compliant to the SMTP protocol can be added as the SMTP address - yes, firstname.lastname@example.org is fine.
