CUCM 6.1 Hunt Pilot problem

I have a Line Group with three members in it. When all lines in group are busy, caller gets the ringing tone (directory number's busy trigger is set "2"), but when any number in Line group is released, the call still doesn't get through. Phone models in line group are all Cisco 7941. (With Cisco 7906:s this works.)
