Does anyone know can we contact TAC support? We didn't buy any service separately, just this bundle.

So, is TAC support included?

If u r not purchased any support pack u wont get the TAC support

As far as I am aware your product should be covered under warranty and you can raise warranty requests through the person you bought the product through.
