CUCM for Multiple Customers

Hi Team

Am working with a building Contractor and on an IPT solution and he would like to know if its possible to have different profiles(Different Companies within the Building without them using the same prefix e.g one on 575 and another on 768) on a Call manager Cluster.This is because different companies will be occupying the different floors, he he would like them to feel as if they we in their own building by not sharing a prefix

as a matter in fact you can have them using the same prefix if needed, it all ends up having a good design with partitions and CSS

devices from company A are in partitions created for the company A and the CSS of the devices can only reach devices that are in partitions for Company A

same goes for company B

as long as you don't mix the partitions and the CSS between companies there shouldn't be any issue

Calling Search Space, are you familiar with the term and how it works??
