Have CUCME 4.1. I want software solution that will allow my customer to parse/analyze
CUCME's RADIUS call logs, i.e. CDRs, to make them viewable through user-friendly interface.
You know, my customer has got toll-fraud incident.
So they decide to implement such a solution.
Can anybody advice an application for such a task ?
You might want to look into this highly regarded Cisco Partner "Stonevoice" that has a nice application for doing up these reports/graphs etc;
