CUE 2.1.1 Press 4 and dial x250

Hello all,

I have a problem where i need callers to be able to press 4 and the system will dial extension 250, this extention will be directed to a valcom paging system that will generate warble tone in a plant. The answering party will then just do a pickup 250 and get the call.

I am using the aasample.aef from cisco and it has all of the features i need, i just need to add this little snippet to make everyone happy.

On the Menu step properties of that script (using the CUE script editor), you should add another option that maps to digit 4. Then under that new branch you can add a "Call Redirect" step, which sends the call to "250". That's all that's needed. Sorry guys, the solution presented itself a minute after i posted. I just copied and pasted the transfer to operator strings in and added changed the variable to the correct extension.
