CUE 3.2.4 Initialization Wizard Problem

Hi,

I'm trying to make integration of CUE with CUCM, when I try to run the initialization wizard it I'm stuck in the first step of the wizard, I write the CUCM's IP address, user and password as well as the jtapi user and password when I click on next button the wizard doesn't go to the following steps.

Any ideas abobut why this is happening?

Verify the IP address and jtapi username/password. Also, check your routing. Make sure that the CUCM is reachable from the CUE module.

I think the problem is more relative to the version of CUE, I'll make the downgrade and I'll see what happen.
