cue aa/cme b-acd

I have AA on CUE and B-ACD on CME. In my AA script, there is one option to allow the dialer to transfer to B-ACD hunt pilot. but when I selected this option, one phone in b-acd hunt group only ring once and then disconnected. I use "redirect step" in AA script and if dial B-ACD pilot directly, everything works fine. any suggestions?

I have been checking your config and I don't find the possible error.

On the other hand I have a router with cme 3.3 and I'm trying to configure a simple autoattendant. But it's not running.

outgoing calls runs correctly, but incoming not (I'd like to go to autoattendat when people calls to my router )

Could you check my config and tell me some idea for getting the autoattendant run?

Does AA work when you dial aa polit internally?

One dial-peer you missed:

Dial-peer voice xxx pots

incoming called-number xxxx(DNIS for your aa polit)

port xxx

I have tried it and it was unsuccessfull, the I have changed the aa-pilot to an internal extension "204" and it's the same it doesn't works.

I have the dial-peer 2000 voip

incoming called-number 204

but it doesn?t work
