CUE AA Name Directory Problem

I am having a problem with the CUE Auto Attendant. Using the default AA script, when callers chose the name directory, CUE users can not be found. The system can't find any users? What is happening?

From the CUE CLI, you can issue the command:

show sysdb /sw | inc keyPad

It will look something like this:

local/users/test/AutoAttendantProfile/keyPadMapping 8378

local/groups/Administrators/AutoAttendantProfile/keyPadMapping 23646478728677

Those numbers at the end show the digit sequence that will be accepted and is based on the name configured for the user.

If no such name is configured, then there won't be anything and if the dtmf name overlaps with that of a group it won't find anything either.

Have you put a proper display name for all users ?
