CUE Call History Report settings - how to set log file parameters

Anyone know where to set how long CUE holds call history records or what is the default? Trying to track a 911 call that went through the system 1 day ago, log doesn't appear to go back that far. Unfortunately only the main PRI # appeared to PSAP even though we are forwarding full DID.

Hello Claude,

You will need to use the following two commands in the global config of the CME router to

increase the time and number of entries for the call history logging on the GUI (GUI needs

to be closed and opened again for the setting to take effect):

dial-control-mib retain-timer

dial-control-mib max-size <# of entries>
