Hi all,
I have an issue with a license I got from cisco I made a mistake during downloading it instead of writing the PID and SERIAL NUMBER for the AIM-CUE modue I write that of the router So when try to installit for unity it give me the following error

Installing...Feature:VMIVR-VM-MBX...Failed:Specified UDI not found
0/1 licenses were successfully installed
0/1 licenses were existing licenses
1/1 licenses were failed to install
So any Suggestion how to redownload it with the correct PID and SERIAL I do not do not what to do?..thanks and Regards
