I need to redirect a call to a DN if busy. In using the REDIRECT container - I can't get the call back - since it releases the call due to the BUSY signal. I want to regain the call back in AA and then redirect the call to a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th DN. These DNs are conifigured as parkslot. This will give our employes a system to pick up the next call in the queue that is holding.

I assume you're using CME? If so, in CME4.0 with CUE 2.3.X you will be able to get a busy back and redirect the call elsewhere (assuming the CME isn't set to call forward on busy--which also would affect the behavior with CallManager). You have to change the SIP transfer method so it does not use bye/also.
