CUE Upgrade Issues

Hi, I am planning to upgrade my CUE1.1 to version 2.1.2. Referring to the document Installing and Upgrading CUE which is downloaded from CISCO, the method to do it is to run the command "software clean download ftp.." on the router.

However my router (model 2851) do not recognize this command. Can anyone spare any pointers?

You have to execute this command from the CUE prompt

Thanks for your reply, shanky. This is the same document I used in my first attempt to upgrade CUE. However, I get UNRECOGNIZED PROMPT at the CUE Prompt with the command "software install upgrade".

Any other ways to proceed with the upgrade?

You need to already have 2.x to be able to use that method. Prior to 2.x the only upgrade option was via the boot helper. Take a look at:
