CUE will not initialize?

Folks,

Have a ccme and cue bundle. When loggin to cue for the first time it asks for ccme web admin username and password. I am providing this information but it is unable to connect. I can login to ccme using that username and password, also i can ping ccme from cue.

Any ideas?

When you key in username/password and ip address of CME router, what happens ? (Initialization wizard)

I bypassed the wizard as it was giving me the same error, i used advance user option to try to move forward.

I get an error that says could not establish connection, please check your ccme web username and password. I know the username and password is correct as i can use it to loginto the ccme.

I have attached the config if that helps.
