I am implementing a IP TEL network including an CUPS ver. 6.0.2 The CUCM has the 6.0.1 version.
I am installing the UPC ver. 1.2](2) and some features are working fine. In fact the troubleshooting page on the CUPS is green in all topics of te integration.
And the status of the servers in the UPC are green too. But I can not add any contact from the UPC but it works fine if I add the contact fron the IP Phone. In addition, if I want to place a call to a contat from the UPC the option is unable and the same happend if a want to place a video call and a e-mail.
If you can not search the directory for other users, your LDAP is not working from CUPS. ON the Cups server, check to ensure your LDAP directory is pointed to the Global Catalog server if you are using AD as your LDAP.
