CUPM Phone Status Inconsistency

Hi

Would like to chekc if anyone has similar experience like this :

An account on the LDAP was deleted.

When the synchronisation with the LDAP occurred in the CUPM, the subscriber account was also removed from the CUPM.

However, the synchronisation occurred before the services were unsubscribed from the subscriber account.

As the result, the phone which the subscriber was previously assigned is still tagged as "in-use" status.

Would like to check if there is anyway to change the status of this phone to "Available" status.
