Custom Reports.CDR not recording outgoing calls

I need to develop custom reports for both incoming and outgoing calls. I've seen that all incoming calls to PSTN are recorded into CDR database but outgoing calls are not stored.

Is there somewhere else where I could find outgoing calls information? May I change something, perhaps in CCM, so as to record outgoing calls to CDR?

Check whether you have checked the call type others where outgoing calls and recorded.
