Custom ringer appearance delay

We have developed a few custom ringers for placement on our phones. However, one dropped onto the ccm (3.3(3)), the ringer does not appear in the phones list for several hours - usually overnight. We have tried powering the phones (P00303030401) off and back on. Thank you for any assistance.

Did you remember to stop/restart the TFTP Service after adding the custom ring tone and updating the ringlist?
