i can telnet in to the Gatekeeper using cvm application but i cant add it the error which pops up is SNMP Error(all sort of snmp traps and loggoing is enabled on GK)

so my question is

1. is ther some special command i need to give on GK or CVM

2.CVM2.1 does support IOS version 12.3.(5a) which is installed on my GK.

now i found on the cisco website list of IOS versions suppored by CVM2.1 but i guess its not updated or the IOS is not supported can some one confirm that plz

Re: CVM 2.1 SNMP Problem not able to add gatekeeper

Before you install CWVM, make sure that your devices are ready to be added.

For all routers and gatekeepers that will be added to CWVM:

Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) must be enabled.

You must have network access.

You must know the IP address, all passwords, and the SNMP community string.

All routers that will be added to CWVM must have Telnet enabled. Because CWVM uses Telnet to communicate with a router, session timeout should be configured to a nonzero value for all vty lines (refer to the "Preparing a Gateway for CWVM" section in User Guide for CiscoWorks Voice Manager).

All gatekeepers that will be added to CWVM must be running Cisco IOS software
