D channel resets when using TSP???

We recently upgraded to CCM 3.2(2c) with Service Pack E. This is the only problem we have found so far, but it's very strange.

We have one T1/PRI port being used on our 6608 connected to a Lucent Definity G3. All calls from the IP Telephony side go in and out of that circuit.

When using TSP version 3.2(0.29), we can use a dialer such as Microsoft's Phone dialer. However, when we use this to dial out, the D Channel on the PRI resets.

This came from the server application log...

Error: DChannelOOS - D channel out of service.

Device Name.: S0/DS1-0@SDA0002FCE1ACB3

Device IP address:

Channel Id.: 24

Unique channel Id: S0/DS1-0@SDA0002FCE1ACB3:24

Reason [Optional].: 0

App ID: Cisco CallManager

Cluster ID: TBB-CM1-Cluster

Node ID:

Explanation: Indicated D channel has gone out of service.

Recommended Action: Contact TAC for help if this alarm continue to generate..

Any ideas?
